Ollie purchased this rare Mk 1 Consul Flatdash in September 2009, it is chassis number EOTA 2857 and was first registered on 31.12.1951, and is the third oldest left (allegedly).
Lots of bodywork has been carried out, and Ollie used a donor car to locate missing/rotten panels. The doors and wings require repair and priming, the back end has been lowered by two inches and 15 inch steel wheels with chrome wheel nuts have been fitted.
Lots more parts are there, so it is a "simple" case of putting it all back together.
Ollie is aiming to have her complete (enthusiasm permitting) by the end of 2011... we await further updates with avid interest.
